RECENT 2nd NOA on K3 or I-130?
Any recent approvals on K3 or I-130? I filed my I-130 in VSC and first NOA is dated OCtober 8, 2002. The First NOA for my K3 is dated October 22, 2002. Can anyone estimate the approximate time? I'm sooooo anxious.

There are people waiting from June and July for the approval on k-3 visa. I have been so far 123 days since my first NOA from Missouri. It is currently taking them 120-160 days for the approval. I got this information from an INS officer.

My first NOA was on August 3rd and I am still waiting, on November 3rd it
will be 100 days and I am going straight to congresswoman.

No use. She is from Pakistan, a terrorist state. No doubt running
her name through every criminal database possible. And if she does
get her K3 Visa, she will be strip-searched, fingerprinted,
photographed, and questioned for hours on arrival.

Claudia it would seem that folks are posting on timelines for other service
centres, Vermont has always been the quickest so my guess is that you will
beat them to the finishing post. YES I know its not a race and you know its
not a race but it would seem others arent aware of that. keep hanging in
there !
