I am Pakistani National currently in Pakistan. I have got my H1B approved by BCIS but not stamped as yet. I am getting married before going to US. I want my future spouse to accompany me to US after marriage. I have a few Qs regarding my case:
1) My marital status in my H1 petition is single and I havent started working in US as yet. Will my spouse be able to get her H4 stamped?
2) Does H4 also require processing by BCIS?
3) How much time it takes to get H4 stamped incase all the documents are complete and processing is not needed?
4) Do females also have to wait for security clearance etc?
