questions about priority date
Well I have some questions based on I-485. Please help if you can.
1. Does USCIS post the priority date for each service center? So only you
meet the priority date, then you can submit I-485?
2. After you meet the priority date, you get the quota? Does different
service center have different quota?
Thanks!!

"Priority date" is a term which applies to immigration categories, or
preferences. See http://travel.state.gov/visa_bulletin.html. "Priority
dates" have nothing to do with Service Centers at all.
Saying it another way, the basic set of cutoff dates from the visa bulletin,
against which you measure your priority date, applies to all USCIS offices.
If your immigrant petition is based on a category which is numerically
limited, and there is a backlog because of the quota, then no USICS office
can legally accept your I-485 (based on that immigrant petition). When your
priority date (from the immigrant petition) is current, then the proper
USCIS office can accept the I-485 based on that petition.

Put it this way: after your priority date becomes current (falls before the
cutoff date in the visa bulletin) then you may file Form I-485.

No.
