so I have good news 3/5/04 finally I received stamp in my passport which
is
valid for 1 year.


Can I leave a country ( passport is on my maid name should I take with me
marriage license...? and should I always have with me marriage license,
should I apply for new passport with my marriage name in Polish ambassady
How long is gone take to receive real green card any news in CT...?
How log is gone take to apply for citizen US ...?

You can leave and return to the US with the I-551 stamp in your passport. Logically, if your passport is in your maiden name and your airline ticket is in your married name, I would most certainly bring my marriage certificate and another form of photo identification in your married name, i.e. driver's license, etc.

As for applying for a new Polish passport, that would be a great idea. However, I would caution against applying for one before you have the actual green card in your hands. Your only visible proof of residency is the I-551 stamp in your passport and your government will probably want the old passport back when you apply for the new one and they might not given it back. Also if they do, make a copy of all the pages before you send it out.

ALSO, check to see if you actually need a new passport and not just a name change addendum for the current passport.

Anywhere from a few weeks to a year. If you haven't gotten it in a year go back to Hartford for a new I-551 stamp. Most people are reporting a wait of time of 3 to 6 weeks.

You have to be a resident for 3 years in order to be eligible for naturalization. Since your residency started on 4/30/04, you be eligible to apply 90 days before 4/30/07 (approx. January 30, 2007).

Does anyone know if this also applies to US Citizens wanting to change their name from maiden to married in a US Passport?

I spoke with an operator last week and was told (as the US citizen) I wouldn't need a new passport - they would just do the name change amendment on the last page.

If your passport is due to expire within the next two or three years, you might well be better off getting the new passport now while the prices are still fairly responsible.

Yes, you have to mail it unless you are traveling withing 14 days. If you are and live within a passport service center area, you can set up an appointment. I still have 8 or so years on mine, hope they don't go up too much....
