Question re. travelling to other countries during visa mantis/condor process
Hello. In cases where the US embassy decides to conduct a visa
mantis/condor security check for an F-1 visa application, will they
hold on to the applicant's passport during this checking process? Is
the applicant free to travel to other countries (not the US) while
waiting for the visa to be approved? Thank you in advance for your help
