question on form I-90, part 3
part 3 of form I-90 asks "if you entered the US with an Immigrant Visa, also complete
the following"
is fiance visa considered an immigrant visa? (was married 40 years ago and then was
issued green card)
it also asks "Destination in US at time of Admission" and "Port of Entry"
the port would be the major airport but what is the destination or are they one and
the same?
of course if the fiance visa is not an immigrant visa, then I suppose this section
does not apply and it would be left blank?
