Default Question about the new EAD filing procedures.

Hi All,

I noticed a couple of differences about the EAD filing procedure compared to the last time my wife had to file.

1. Who does the check get made out to ? Would it be INS? Or BCIS?

2. I noticed that the blue signature card does not need to be signed anymore. Is this correct? Even for a renewal?

Thanks for the info!

I had another question as well. The EAD application and photos ask for an A#. The A# assigned to my wife on the I-485 receipt is different then the A# on her current work card. Which EAD number do we use for the application/pictures?
