question about getting married outside of US
My Fiancee is currently in the US on a student visa. We want to get married
this summer. I want to get married here but she wants to get married back in
her home country of Japan.
I am wondering how safe it is to do this? She need to come back next
September to go to school. Is it likely that they would keep her out if they
knew we were married? We expect to file all the paperwork with the INS after
we get back.

If they find out she is married to a USC, it may block her ability to
get back into the US on a student visa.
