So they are proposing the petitioner will have to get biometrics taken as well? Wonder if this is a move to get rid of the G-325a?

How will petitioners residing outside the US get biometrics done?

If it is indeed the case then I guess they'd have to go get them captured at an Embassy or Consulate.

Well then, you haven't yet used it... because the form Mr. Folinsky posted is currently in draft form. You used the current I-130... not the proposed new one that this discussion is about.

Yes that's the link I clicked. I'm on a very slow computer and it was just forever "loading" and after 5 minutes I gave up.
