Default Proof of relationship

At which point do I submit the proof of a relationship..etc, is it when we mail the
initial I-483/I-130 in or do we wait till the interview, I know the medical one is
only submitted at the interview along with the finger prints.. wasn't sure about the
proof of a relationship etc..

Thanks Steve

Proof of the relationship is taken to the AOS interview. You don't take fingerprints to the interview. You will receive notification of where and when to go for those prior to your AOS interview. Notice will come from the INS. As for the medical, some INS offices want it at the time of filing, others at the time of the interview.

What does your INS require?

We live in Indiana so i'm presuming that we send the forms to :

INS Service Center
P.O. Box 87485 Lincoln, NE 68501-7485

Should I get the medical one done and also send that with the rest of the forms too?

Thanks steve

Well says we need to mail them but doesn't mention anything about the medical form
I guess we could call the INS and double check

Yes.

Yes, they'll send an appointment to have your fingerprints taken. Some offices
schedule these soon after filing, some wait till close to the interview.

Yes, or go into the office and ask if that's possible.

What can i do if the only pics i have of myself and my fiance are us in a crowd? We
didn't really take pics when i was there in us with him. I have pics of him on his
own that he sent to me but not really any of just me and him. Also, although i phone
him each night, i use calling cards which do not show up on my phone bill. How can i
prove we are together?? I have a tiny bit of video of us and the crowd too. I guess
what I am asking is does pics of us in a crowd, phone cards that dont' show on phone
bill and video of us in the crowd 'prove' anything???

thanks

kathy
