proof of divorce
Hi,I know if you apply for the fianceevisa that they want proof that
you are really divorced.I am from Holland and I have to send it to the
USA.I know I dont have to legalize it but a appostille from court here
on the document but do I have to translate it too in english?thanks

My understanding is both the origanal and translated to English copy's
need to included. I would check and see if it needs to be noterized.

I was just reading on the American Consulate Amsterdam website on the
marriage visa page.
#3 says......Dutch divorce certificate must be international version. Doc B
with divorce date annotated.
They are talking about the Document from city hall, not the divorce decree
from the court.
