Default process

I am writing to make sure i don't miss anything along the way, being
others have gone through this, I want to make sure I have my ducks in
line. I am from the US, and she is from the Philippines. We got married
last October, and have filed the I-130, and did the I-129F. The I-129F
has been approved about a week ago. So my understanding is we have to
wait for the Consulate office in Manila to send her a packet of info for
her to fill out and send back for a K-3 visa. (that is if I understand
the process right) Anyway how do I know which affidavit of support I'll
need. I called INS and they said it could be I-134 or I-864 depending
what the consulate office requires. Has anyone gone through Manila
Consulate and know which one they require? Also are there any other
forms I need to send before she gets the packet from the consulate
office there, to get ahead of the game.

Thanks
Brian.

you need to get her your last 3 years tax returns; although sometimes they will accept the last years only.

Here is a post that may help you:

You can get a tax transcript for the last 3 years here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?download=30

Brian,

Whyd did you call the USCIS (there is no more INS)? They don't issue visas...

I know they don't issue any visa's at the USCIS. I called them for info
just as I am looking for info here from others that have gone through
the process. The more I know, the better prepared I'll be for what I
need to do yet Also, thanks to the others that have replied.
