My husband received packet 4 for k3 interview today. They sent a separate envelope of docs required for each of his kids but forgot one. The child they did not include was put on a separate blank page when I did I-129F and I'm sure it was only an oversight. Who do I take up the issue with? consulate or NVC?
Also, my husband's older child will be 21 a day after interview :-( - but yet consulate still sent documentation for him in packet 4. I'm sure there's no point in almost 21 yr old going to interview since K-4 is only good up to 21 yrs of age?
