Thanks! Last night I faxed a request to Manila along with the first NOA
asking them (very nicely) to do just that, send Janette the packet 3. Let's
see what happens!

Thanks! Last night I faxed a request to Manila along with the first NOA
asking them (very nicely) to do just that, send Janette the packet 3. Let's
