Default Is old version of Form D156 still applicable in Mexico visa application?

I pre-scheduled a visa appointment from www.nvars.com on January and I will
go to Mexico on the next week. Also I got the necessary forms on January via
mail.

However, there is a major version change on Form I156 this month. There is
also a comment on the form saying 'previous version obsolete'.

Is the old version of Form D156 still applicable in Mexico visa application?
Or, do I need to download the new version and ignore the old version? Or, do
I need to prepare for both version?

Thanks!

Get a draft ready, and when you get to the consular post, copy everything
onto the form that they give you.

BTW, how about to download a new-version form from the website and fill in
it? I think it will works without filling in the old version form, am I

Yes, that should work. No need to even touch the old form.
