oH....
Here is the 3rd nessage I posted today about K1 visa. I am sorry about
it because I kept looking the mesaages and found out I did something
wrong in the k1 visa petition package we sent. First of all, I just
know that Toronto won't do K1 visa , only Vancouver and Montreal will.
On letter of intent to marry, I wrote the Toronto Consulate address
instead. Do you think that they will not accept it and it will slow
down the process??
Is there a number I can call them from Toronto??? or email??? to Texas
Service Center???
Thanks

This is a "harmless error" IMHO. More likely than not, TSC will ignore it.
Also, assuming you made a mistake on question C-19 and desingated "Toronto" -- do NOT worry about that. See the parenthetical comment there? That is an indication that CIS doesn't care what consulate you put down -- in fact, they will just forward the approved I-129F to the the Department of State "National Visa Center" in Portsmouth NH and THEY will send it to Montreal.
Look -- the application is out the door -- for now, there is not much you can do about things on the application. What you may want to do is to look up what will be needed for the VISA application in Montreal and to get all your ducks lined up for that application so whent the time comes, all you will need to get are the medical and DS 230 [part 1] and DS-156 forms.

Re: oH....
It will be redirected to either Montreal or Vancouver. If it goes to Vancouver then you will call the US Consulate there and have them redirect it to Montreal if that is closer to your fiancee. Not an issue as to petition acceptability.

In the OP's situation I don't think it will be a problem. Toronto resident will go to Montreal. However, the law allows a petition to be directed to anywhere on the planet [hence the parenthetical warning]. Lets say the OP was French attending university in Canada and was going to return to France in the next two months -- the I-129F could list "Paris" and that would be perfectly legitimate. The issue would then to insure that NVC sent it to Paris rather than Montreal.
