NYC - I765 Processing TIme
Anyone here ever filed and I765/EAD in NYC? Anyone have an idea on what the
wait time is like? 65 days here and i'm still waiting i'm about to start
living in the streets, I know I have to wait for 90 days before I can file
an infopass interview but that's just a bit too late for me as ill be
evicted in a week or two.

Unfortunately, you may end up waiting the full 90 days and then going to an Infopass appointment for an interim EAD. Have you had your biometrics done yet?

Nothing you can do at this point. It is not based on NYC since all the paperwork is handled by the Missouri Center and the EAD arrives in the mail usually a few weeks after biometrics.
I'm sorry that your spouse is not working and cannot supple the funds to pay your rent. Perhaps your co-sponsor for the I-864 would be willing to lend a financial hand until your EAD arrives.
