Ron,

Congratulations! Am also glad to see you made it out of TSC Hell!
Did you protest to get it moved along like many of the others that are
having problems with TSC?

Two months for NVC doesn't thrill me too much but after NSC, two
months should seem pretty quick.

I didn't protest, and to me the protests were of no use except for the
protesters. They were approved but there has been no visible improvement in
processing times.

CONGRATULATIONS! IF YOUR FIANCE WAS MARRIED BEFORE AND IS USING HER MARRIED NAME ON YOUR I-129, BE SURE THAT THE EMBASSY SUBMITS HER MAIDEN NAME TO THE DOS AS WELL. GOOD LUCK

Ron,

Have you received notice of this in the mail? I too was given information
via the telephone that my case was approved on May 8 by NVC and forwarded to
Warsaw (fiancee is Russian but living in Lithuania). They even gave me a
case number. However, I never received any sort of confirmation in the mail
as I was told that I would.
