The NSC acted on a total of 398 petitions (Approvals, RFE's and other) this week...an improvement of 92 petitions over last week. Four weeks ago they acted on 246, three weeks ago 281, last week 306 and this week 398. Hopefully this is a trend that continues!

Total RFE's increased by 31 over last week, a much better figure than last weeks 116! Marches numbers in this respect improved some, but April's RFE's are being issued at a much lower rate than most other months. Those April petitioners got it together...

They have certainly moved into April, despite the canned response given by the BCIS operators. According to my numbers, they acted on 115 petitions in March, and 237 in April...I'll leave it up to you to decide which month they're working on. My guess is that they'll continue hot and heavy in April next week, and will start dipping their toes into May the next. They're leaving a lot of people behind in previous months (NOA1's, that is), March being the worst with 104. April will probably be no different. This won't make many people happy.
