First NOA NSC Sep 16

UPDATE
Packet 3: 3/7/03 !
WOW! I read another post where someone in Canada
also
got their packet 3 a liitle sooner than them.Couldn't beleive it but it is
true!
NSC is sending in NOAs pretty quick to the embassies and Warsaw
was also quick.
