NOA TSC I-751
Just wanted to share:
Sent I-751 form etc., to TSC express mail on 12-18-03. It arrived on 12-19-03.
Received NOA (dated 12-22-03) in mail today. Has anyone gone to L'ville
recently to get another stamp whilst waiting for the official removal of
conditions to be completed? If so, please email me. Thanks.

Re: NOA TSC I-751
I think once you get that NOA your current 2 year card is automatically
extended by a year. Meaning that you can work and travel presenting the
expired card and the NOA as evidence. At least that what I was meant to
understand the last time I was at the local USCIS office and from this
communique http://uscis.gov/graphics/lawsregs/h...ensn120203.pdf.
I do not know how L'ville operates but you will be lucky to get a stamp
based on that NOA, but you could still try to get a stamp.

We are thinking about going to the UK in the spring, and though the
NOA is supposed to suffice for travel, I just wondered if it was
a good idea to get another stamp just to be safe (assuming L'ville
would even do this). If it will clear up any confusion that might
occur, then we'd make the trip, but otherwise we'll forgo the 3 hour
drive and 4:30 AM wake-up and hike down to the federal courthouse.

Spouse and I will be filing the I-751 soon, so can anyone tell me what the wording is on the official NOA? Thanks.
