No word from Charlotte since filing almost 5 weeks ago

No word from Charlotte since filing almost 5 weeks ago
Filed the entire AOS packet to adjust while both are already ling here with CLT office. They signed for it on the 25th of last month. Haven't heard a thing and the checks have not cleared. According to all other posts I've found, it hasn't taken more than 3 weeks in the last 2 years. Is it time to worry and start trying to find out what's going on? Thanks.

Hello there,
We filed our AOS at Charlotte office on Feb4th , it was shown as signed for and
received, a couple of days later. We also have not heard anything at al or had
a receipt. We did enclosed money orders and not checks. So I don't know if they
have been cashed or not.
Going by the time AS filed his in January 16th and got replies a couple of
weeks ago....I reckon we should hear something this week coming. If not then I
think I shall start making some inquisitive ... calls....if you hear anything
this week let us know.

Ok, finally heard something, sort of. 
Packet was signed for on Feb 26th and the checks finally cleared on March 28, over a month later. So, great news, but it's hard to find any joy in this process.
