Default a newbie with questions

thank you all so much for what we have learned so far.
ok , i live in the US and my fiancee lives in the phils. and we are not
exactly sure on how everything works so if i ask something dumb , im
sorry in advance, so here goes.
we already filed our i129f and ive received my notice , we are in the
waiting game now, so what we were wandering was when she goes for her
interview will we know that day if she is approved and also will she be
able to leave then or is there yet another waiting period, im asking
because of my employment here , i cant just take off when ever i want ,
and i was wanting to go there on her interview and come back together
herein the states , also we were wandering would there be any problem
for us to marry there and if not , should we wait before or after the
interview, because we dont want to delay anything because weve been
waiting almost a year anyway,lol.
and one last question, if there is a waiting period after the interview
how long is it usually?
like i said we are new to this and like everyone else are just tired of
waiting, so thank u for your time and response.

1. She might have to wait after the interview for the visa.
2. If you get married before coming back to the US, the K-1 fiance visa
won't get her into the US. You will need to start all over for the
marriage visa process. (I-130, etc)

Depends on if everything is in order. Manila was and I suspect still big
on administrative reviews for checking marital status with NSO. Never know
if they might also request some type of additional evidence. As they say it
ain't over until it's over.

Still has to take the CFO class and get the certificate from the CFO after
she has the visa, before the Philippine government will allow her to leave.
She can take the class before or after getting the visa.

Don't even think about doing that. You need to get married within 90 days
of arriving in the U.S.

Not sure what you mean, but if approve at the interview, she should have the
visa within a week to 10 days. Then the only thing holding you up is the
CFO class/certificate and a plane ticket.

Go join the Mag-anak Yahoogroup

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/MAG-ANAK/

She should be working on getting a few copies of her NSO birth certificate
(3), passport and NBI clearance right now. Plus will need a police
clearance from any country she lived in outside the Philippines for 6 months
or more after the age of 16.
