We were advised if I travel to USA , on tourist visa, we could file for her to
sponsor me as her husband, as long at POE I volunteer I was not newly married and
carried nothing on me to indicate this.

I would be of course travel ling on a tourist visa.

Then was advised we could apply at INS at least 72 hours after arrival to process me.

Heard of this?- True or false?
