Nebraska I-130 - looks like something's happening!
Well, checked the on-line status today, and it's saying an RFE was sent on Sep 16th. Can't wait to see what it's for, they probably just want a more official wedding certificate.
RFE's kind of good, as we want the procedure to stretch after Christmas so we'll have been married 2 years when the interview comes along.
We'll do it in London, mainly because they're nice there and because it's an excuse to visit.
I never filed an I-485 to change status on the K-3 visa, intending to just wait for the I-130 to come along. I presume no-one foresees any problem with this?

My K3 was issued June 2003, been in the US since July 2003 and I haven't applied for AOS yet either. MY I-130 has just been approved so It's back to the US consulate in London once it's gone through the NVC. I've had no problems so far and I've been back to the UK twice on the K3 visa. Good luck.

My two cents, as long as your 130 is approved before Dec of 05 then you should be okay.
