Default Nebraska, 9-month leap, surely not???

I just looked at the dates posted yesterday on USCIS for Nebraska, and they are showing I-130 for alien spouse etc as Sep 1st 2003. This would be a nearly 9-month leap since August 5th.

Surely it can't be right? Or has anyone received any big surprise in the last few days?

If it is right, then I'm a little worried as mine's Jan 2003 and still waiting.

Cheers
Dave

I wouldn't be offended if the I-751 processing did the same thing..........

Our NOA1 for I130 is March 18, 2003 and it is still 540 days at
Nebraska. I don't see how they think they are on Sept 03.

I saw the same thing and was wondering if I was hallucinating. Maybe
they were just behind in updating things? Keeping my finger's crossed
on this.....

Hey there Dave

I wish that that was true!! (My NOA1 is September 29 2003), but I would feel terrible if I was approved before you!
Hope it is a mistake! (I should get my approval here in 2 more years lol)

I'm guessing it's a typo. If it's not, my I-130 is overdue and my online status is still saying 540 - 570 days.

Our NOA1 was March 6, 2003 at NSC and we got approved on Aug. 11th.
Friends who had an NOA1 in mid-November 2002 were approved about two
weeks before us (mid-July). Looks like NSC is moving!

Mine was Feb, 03 and I received notice of approval the other day. But
I don't think they have reached Sept, 03. A few days ago when I
checked, it showed a processing date of Dec. 4, 2002.
