NE K-1 approvel time?
I have sent our petition for k-1 visa on March 15th to NE INS, I just got a first NOA
on March 20th. Does anyone who applied the same time was approved lately? What is the
average time for sending PRE? My fiancee applied for the k-1 visa earlier, about two
years ago in TX. But the process was stopped after approval in US. She didn't get her
visa in consulate, because understood that she wasn't in love with that person. She
doesn't know if she had the #A. Can it delay the things in our case?
