Which name to use for AOS documents?

Which name to use for AOS documents?
Hello from the west coast. I am now a married man! I have one quick question relating to my AOS documents.
Given my wife has taken my surname as her legal name, what do we put when it comes to completing the required AOS forms? Does she put her maiden name or her new legal name? All her ID documents (passport / drivers licence) are in her maiden name as you would expect. I presume we don't need to update these first before we can submit my adjustment application?
Advice appreciated.

People always say this, and then I feel compelled to correct them! 
See here. In this case... it doesn't matter which name she uses.
