Default N400 / I-751 combo timeline with RFE for good measure.

Forum placement paradox!! I figured that as the I-751 was submitted well in advance of the N400 and that this only applies to those going for the three year marriage option that this is a marriage forum thread.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing and it cannot be stressed enough that this would have been a much less stressful journey if I had taken reams of up to date data with me to the N400 interview so that the I-751 could have been adjudicated at the same time!!!

10/19/17 I-751 received at lockbox
10/28/17 CR 2 year green card expired
I-797C issued scheduling biometrics
I-797 NOA issued, 12 month extension of CR status
11/13/17 Biometrics appointment
02/27/18 I-751 received at my local field office
08/08/18 N400 received
08/11/18 I-797 NOA issued, 18 month extension of CR status
08/17/18 N400 biometrics scheduled
09/06/18 N400 biometrics ( which was a bit of a fight as the field office took some convincing that they could do it without me presenting PR green card)
10/01/18 N400 interview scheduled
11/19/18 N400 interview and I-751 review. Additional requested data faxed same day as asked.
11/22/18 I-751 RFE lands in my mailbox.
12/04/18 RFE received by local field office
12/20/18 USCIS myaccount confirms N400 interview approval and informs me that I'm in the pending queue for oath scheduling
12/22/18 USCIS myaccount confirms oath scheduled, waiting for e-posting of document with the date on it...
12/26/18 I-797 NOA drops in my mailbox confirming approval of status as IR-1. Which is nice as the USCIS account has not been updated since 02/27/18!!

Still waiting for that oath date...

12/30/2018. Shiny new 10 year green card arrived in the post, as did two hard copies of the oath date/info sheet to take with me.
