My EAD/AP Timeline
Just Incase this will help anyone, here is my EAD/AP timeline from K1 - sent with AOS
- Mailed 03/11
- Received 03/13
- NOA date 03/18
- Biometrics 04/08
- Inquired via phone call as out of processing time 08/14
- Status changed to New Card Being Produced (EAD) 08/15
- Status to Case Approved (EAD and AP) 08/16
- Status to Card has been mailed out 08/20
- Status to Card has been picked up by USPS 08/21 with tracking number that said delivery due 08/23
- Status to card delivered 08/21 so it actually arrived today
157 days total to approval
I’m in NYC so my AOS interview won’t be for a while so happy that I have this!
