You are almost there!!! As a matter a fact there was someone on the forum who reported a MSC K3 approval dated 10/19/02.
Don't loose hope now, I am very depressed myself but I know I can't just quit now.
P.S. i know it is hard, but try to stay away from the online-status site, it is self destructing. Twice a day is just fine!! =-)

Kerupt -
Looks like you've got a two week jumpstart on me. My wife is
currently living in Cherkessk, Russia and will be going through the
Moscow Consulate. Where is your spouse now? I hope things go well
for you.

Hi everyone! I have been a frequent visitor to this newsgroup for the
last few months. Lots of good info here and I get encouragement seeing
approvals for NOA's close to mine.
Here is my timeline to bring my wife over here. The wait has been hard
for us both. She can't wait to get here!
I-130 1st NOA Oct 9, 2002 (NSC)
I-129F K3 1st NOA Nov 1, 2002 (Paper notice says Oct 31,2002)
I-129F K3 2nd NOA still waiting.....hopefully soon. Will inform you
all when I get it.
Thanks
Victor

nat,
You should know that your stats are only visible to the rest of the
marriage-based us visa world if you put them somewhere other than your
britishexpats.com signature. ONLY those who read from
britishexpats.com can see your britishexpats.com signature, about 25%
of the marriage-based us visa community. If you would like 100% of
the marriage-based us visa community to be able to read your timeline,
you will need to put that information somewhere else. Sorry to give
you the bad news - I only discovered this fact after going to
britishexpats.com myself to collect new posts from a machine that
didn't have a working newsreader.

I suggest that for efficiency and ease of use, it might be a good idea for everyone to enter their INS timeline data here: http://www.stephenpalik.com/instats/
This is a database I created that allows people to automatically add their information and have it immediately viewable for other people online. You can sort the database by service center, NOA dates, and other things. It allows you to easily see timeline information for alot of people in real time, and with great ease. It should be a very useful tool to have information in one place. I am working on adding features right now, but I would encourage you to try it out and see how you like it.
Please enter your 130 and I-129F information as two separate entries. It should make sense when you see it.

What's up with the difference in receipt dates online from that on the
actual notice? The same thing happened to me. My physical NOA says
received Nov 1,2002, but the online says Nov. 5. Is this their way of
"buffering" the timeframe so they can delay it even more? ;-)

The only news I've rec'd is that the security clearance request went out on 1/16/03 and that it could take from 30 days to 3 months. I am so tired of crying. I don't ever want to go through this again!
