Hello;
I am wonder, who's have the last K3 approved via MSC ??
When the 1st NOA , and 2nd NOA for it ?
I think 24th of Sep for 1st NOA ?, Am I right ?, or wrong ?. I'm not sure ?
I wanna know , so I can guess what MSC receipt date they are processing now...

I beleive I've seen a couple K3 petitions approved with NOA date on 9-30-02. None for October though. I'm so desperate!!!

I am sure that when MSC updates there processing times YOU will be next to getting approved!!! So hold on just a bit more....
My biggest nightmare is that when MSC finally DOES update, they will be processing applications up to 10/23/02!!!! (my 1st NOA is dated 10/24/02)......
I WOULD SERIOUSLY HAVE A HEART ATTACK!!! LOL LOL
I hope this will not be the case though.

Email from MSC
Our local senator wrote to MSC today and received an email from them advising that they are still currently working on applications on or before 30th September. They also stated that the processing time is 90 - 120 days.

I've read a couple of approvals were done today(1/27/03) for petitions
received in late Sept 2002.
Here's my info:
MSC K3
NOA1 Nov 13th
NOA2 waiting...........
I also heard last week they were working on cases up to 10/10/02.
I'm projecting visa approval(NOA2)for our application by the end of
February or early March. Unless of course INS comes up with more
national holidays, coffee breaks, and/or company picnics to delay the
processing.
