After waiting for 15 minutes I got through at 11:00 EST. Here's the deal. The embassy
is still closed and probably will remain closed. HOWEVER, they are processing fiancee
visas. The instructions were to go to the EAST gate, NOT the main entrance, on the
day of your interview, and you will get the visa at the same time. Hope this helps.
