It's really a non-event. As long as you have a boring history I would expect just a boring interview and medical. I wouldn't get too worried about things. What visa are you applying for?

The approval I was referring to before was the visa approval. The approval for medical is posted straight from Knightsbridge to the embassy. You won't receive any confirmation that it was posted and you won't get to see your medical report officially.
