Marrying
Someone told me it was possible to enter the states without documentation
because i am a Canadian citizen. That i could marry my boyfriend while i
was there and continue to stay there and apply for adjustment of status
then. Can someone tell me if this is true and would be alright to do it, I
dont want to get over there and have them kick me out. Please let me know!

Yes some have entered, married and adjusted status without any problems, but you take a risk when you do it of being deported.
The best place to discuss marriage visa information would be :
alt.visa.us.marriage-based forum
Also here are a few sites to check out:
Read About the I-129F/K-1 process
The K1 FAQ http://www.txdirect.net/users/mike38/k1faq.htm

Best of luck to you.
