I have a question regarding Divorce and Marriage papers for th K1 process. I was
married twice before to 2 German wives and would almost be impossible to get those
documents from One of the 2 because was Married in Denmark and have no records of
where the office was or the whereabouts of my ex. However I did get the papers of my
last marriage but it states that I was married previously on that document. I only
listed my Last marriage because I knew that I would not be able to get papers from
the other marriage. If I show them my Marriage document of my last marriage and they
read that I was married before that will they want the Marriage and divorce papers
from the previous one? Should I try to not show them the marriage certificate from my
last one? Only show them the divorce papers? Interview is soon and I would appreciate
any advie... thanks

I didn't show any previous marriage certificate....only certified copy of divorce
decree. I would think that you really should find a way to locate a divorce decree
from both marriages. It would be awful to have that one thing cause a delay. There
has to be a records office in Denmark in which you could locate the paperwork. Check
with the city there you were married in.
