Has anybody filled for a marriage based GC by himself/herself without the help of a
lawyer. If so I would like to hear your experience and recommendations. Any other
input is welcome, too.
Thanks,
Rob

My husband (Canada) has his Green Card - and we did all the paperwork ourselves. I
don't we could have done it without help from these sites
http://www.mindspring.com/~docsteen/...o/visainfo.htm www.k1faq.com or the NG in
Alvena's post. It can be a little nerve racking, and you have to have patience with
all the waiting, but the only difference a lawyer would make is that is would be more
expensive. Take Care. Shelley
