Default Letter to send to USCIS withdrawing petition.......

I am desperately needing help writing a letter to send to immigration
withdrawing a petition I had filed on behalf of my now ex-husband.
He's coming back in on an H1B and I need to dissolve my other
petition. I do not have copies of the receipts, as my ex has them all.
Can someone please send me a format of the letter or tell me basically
what to say? Thank you!

Sincerely,
Suzanne C.

They can track your number if you have the full name, well they could mine. I can not answer your question specifically but I would ring the Help line and see if you can get the reference and then find out where it needs to be sent to. I would not have though it needed to be too legalise, I take it that you have yet to reach AoS?
