Respectfully, if one has received the text message from the DX Courier service than shouldn't one be fairly sure that the Visa will be delivered by said date? Unless the Courier is attacked by a dog and your papers are shredded to bits.... LOL

Yep, you just never know! Heaven forbid, but the courier could have a car accident, get stuck in the hospital, and no one follows up on his deliveries that day for who-knows-how-long! Just sayin' anything can happen!

I think "Unless" is a key word. There are other events that can interfere with delivery that are more likely than dog attack.
