I know it's been a while since this post, but I thought I'd still keep you updated!
I never did write the US consulate about DCF, choosing instead to go see my husband while my I-129F was being processed. I realized that I should be getting my K3 shortly, and decided just to go this route, since what he and I want is just to be together. If I had known the Paris consulate did do DCF before, I sure would have chosen that, but now is a little late...My I-129F was approved last week!! Yippee! Thanks for your input though! Let us know how your DCF goes, Scorpie! I wish you all the best!
