Like everyone else who is sick of waiting for an I-130 at CSC we have sent an I-129f
application to Chicago.
My concern is that even if this allows me to enter the USA faster i may not be able
to work for months
anyone any idea how fast i can get work authorization once i have entered the
usa as a K3?
also when i get to the USA to i file for AOS or wait for the I-130.

If i wait for the I-130 does this mean i have to return to london for another
interview?
