My first NOA was on August 3rd 2002. My congresswoman told me, INS somehow
forgot to process my file, and now they display this new message on the
status page.

Don't know if you can do anything about this. I think you should be
glad that at least there's some activity on it, but probably you're
going to have to assume that your new start date is this February date
now?

zion, i dont understnad why urs says 150-180 days when mine was recieved on feb 10th and says 60-90.
which is the correct timeline?

Does your paper notice say 60-90 days or just the online one? My paper notice from MSC says 60-180 days but the online says 60-90. I believe it will be closer to 120 than 60-90 personally, or even longer. I'd rather think of the glass as half empty rather than half full at this point rather then set myself up for too optimistic timeframe.
