k3 confused need help

k3 confused need help
i have been waiting or the answer from msc,my first noa 31st may 2002,then i
got rfe 24sept and now online status that they recived requested papers on
16oct,case will take approximately 30 days its been 15days now nothing has
changed on online status if someone had any experience like this or can give me
a idea what should i do,i am almost looseing hope for k3.

If it said they received the papers on 16 Oct, and it would take 30
days, what do you expect to see now?

From what I have seen on this board the idiots at INS act fairly quick
on RFE's. You should get approval within 30-45 days. It would help if
u post what they wanted in your RFE so your experience can help others
starting the process! Mike C

From what I have seen on this board the idiots at INS act fairly quick
on RFE's. You should get approval within 30-45 days. It would help if
u post what they wanted in your RFE so your experience can help others
starting the process! Mike C
