information, specific location you will visit, and a point of contact at each location.what does this mean?

i have my flight booked already for july 11 thats when i arrive in chicago (hopefully if my k1 comes in time another wise i am screwed) but there is no departure date i am not coming back ?

The DS 157 is a multi-use form. Just fill in whatever applies to you. My fiance didn't even have specific arrangements, and just answered "no" to that question.

multi-use = used for more than on petition, i.e. K-1, B2-Tourist Visa, etc.

Why would you write no? You have plans don't you or at least you said you do. So you put the date in and leave the return date blank because it is not applicable to you.

I know you are using the London Consulate, but is English your first language? If not, let us know and we will try to make all replies as simple as possible so you will not be confused.

PS Why did you book a flight before you had the visa? They tell you NOT to do that.

A form which is used for more than one purpose. The DS-157 is not only used for the K-1 fiance visa.

Back in 2001, some non-immigrant aliens did just that leading to what the former INS called the disaster of "3/11."

The idea is that if a "9/11" ever happens again, it won't be followed by a "3/11."
