K1 and/or H1B
My fiancee and I are applying for a K1 visa so I can move back to the
US and marry her (I was previously there on an L1, now expired).
Obviously it would be great if I have a job before/when I get there.
Can anyone offer advise about whether I should bother trying to line
up a H1B employer and job, or should I just wait until I'm in-country
with EAD (at least 4 months delay for K1 at present, plus probable 2
month delay in EAD).
