Just received an Email from a former frequent poster here, Art MacNight who was in
the US Embassy in Manila yesterday and stated that (and I'm quoting), "The K-3
Floodgate is open...lot's of ladies there getting their K-3's"...he said it was a
great experience and I'm sure he will post details when he returns. I have sent him
another email asking for additional details as to the process which I will post. He
has stated that a completed and notarized I-134 is required as is a letter from a
bank and bank statement, letter from employer, last years tax return, and pay stubs.
The wife/fiance` also needs a completed I-693 medical form completed by St
Lukes...Finally something's moving....
