K-3 Vs. K-1 Why Do They Like K-1

Why is so that K-1 can get EAD at POE and can get SSAN right away? My wife is coming in April on K-3 and she will have to wait 90 days for all this. She is already married to an US citizen. When K-1 is just planning to get married.
This makes no sense and is so unfair towards the person who is an US citizen with a legal wife compared to the K-1 spouse.

I wouldn't want to jump to any conclusions about what you actually mean here.

O wait, you say before you legal spouse. Do you mean Mexicans who take illegal work? Surely your wife would not be interested in working 'under the table' at some of these tough jobs? Or better jobs, but with illegal documents?
And by "someone like a mexican" I guess you'll include Central Americans, Asians, Canadians (close by!) or Brits? I've known people from all these countries/regions who have worked illegally in the US. If your wife wants to do that, seems she'd surely be able to.
I'm in no way defending the crazy K1/K3 work authorization scheme USCIS is running, but I don't see a need to drag another country into it.

The meaning is clear even if the example is somewhat distasteful. He is suggesting that a Mexican who is engaged to an American can obtain work authorization more quickly than the spouse of an American.
Now, remove all references to people of any particular nationality and you are left with the following question: why can fiancees obtain work authorization at POE, whilst spouses can not?

There is definately some reform that the current immigration process needs done, and this is one area that can be reformed. Some of the language with how the US offers a fiancee a job immediately, and not a US citizen (taxpayer) spouse a job! Something there just doesnt seem right!

"Why? Because."
Well, then why not make it logical. It seems like enough US citizen do want
to make it "right". The questions is why is not getting done?

Excuse me.... If you mean illegal workers that are Mexican or any other
nationality, then your K-3 is free to work on arrival under the same
conditions... PLUS.. if they want to do it legally, the K-3 can apply
for and will probably receive EAD to work.

No, that isn't what is was saying. He comment was obviously not
regarding Mexicans on a K-1, but undocument workers. And if his spouse
wants to do that, she is just as able to work illegally as they are.
Or.. all she has to do is apply for EAD.

Your post might not have been about "illegals", but the OP's post
certainly was. Or do you actually think he said Mexicans when he meant
K-1's? Some slip of the tongue that was.
