IS K-3 SPOUSE EVER DENIED???
Can anyone tell me if the K-3 spouse to join hubby in america is ever denied? I know
about the poverty guidelines but we have a co-sponsor covering that side of things.
Is there any other reasons why it would be denied and is it ever denied?

There are a tonne of reasons. You've mentioned one of the main ones, the other usual
ones are because of a criminal history or previous immigration violations that have
led to a ban from the US. The medical issues seldom lead to denials.
