K-3: Is this an RFE?
I got a call from my lawyer this morning. BCIS has requested another copy of our G-325A for both me and my wife. Is this what people refer to as an RFE? I checked our online status and it hasn't changed, no indication of this. We included these forms with our app, not sure what could of happened to them, or possibly somebody just didn't look through the file very well.
Our NOA1 date was 8/4, so at least that's more progress for those people waiting on K-3s

Sounds like they lost them.

Even though they lost them, I always thought that the G-325A's were not really regarded as important and were never really scrutinized by the adjudicators.
