K-2 Visa

Hello.I'm a K-2 Visa.
Could I go back to my country when my Adjustment Of Status is pending?
And to get Advance Parole takes as long as AOS to be processed.(6
months)
What should I do? Thank you.

Yes, you can use form I-131 to apply for AP so you can go visit back home while your AOS is pending. AP seems to take about 2 - 3 months from filing to receiving it in the mail. You need to have the AP document in your hand BEFORE you leave the USA.

My I ask a question? How old are you and how long ago did you file for AOS?
